This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation . In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-15-Q-2037 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $15Mil. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; All incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-83 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20120119.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow(WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 3PM, EST, 17 September 2015. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

A site visit will held on September 9 2015 1 pm est. 2701 eastern blvd. Baltimore MD 21220. Gate entrance is on 11 Lynbrook rd. Baltimore Md. 21220 meeting location- CE Conference room. Arrive with enough time in case of random searches. A base access form should be turned into usaf.md.175-wg.list.msc@mail.mil. By 8 September 1pm.

Methods and Plans will be required, no more than 3 pages that describes your understanding of the requested RFQ.
