Blue Angel Flight Suit Construction and Tailoring   3

Background
This is a non-personal services contract to provide ceremonial uniform construction services. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ceremonial uniforms construction at Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, FL or at the vendor location as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for creating ceremonial flight suit uniforms (Officer and Fat Albert flight suits) for the Blue Angel current and new team members (officer and enlisted) on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall be responsible for the creation of eighty-six (86) Royal Blue Flight Suits (Officer), and twelve (12) Navy Blue Flight Suits (Fat Albert flight engineers and #7 Crew Chiefs). Uniform creation will be done to ensure Blue Angel Uniforms for show season CY 2024 and 2025 are maintained United States Navy Uniform Regulations NAVPERS 156651, Chapter 6, Section 2, Article 6201.4 and Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (NAVFLIGHTDEMRON)/Blue Angels Officer and Enlisted official squadron uniform. Conditions of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes the alterations of the Blue Angels flight suits (officers and enlisted). Because of the Blue Angel Air operational tempo, the vendor needs to be flexible to accommodate our schedule for current team alterations on an as-needed basis.
The period of performance shall be from the time of award to 02 March 2025.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the vendor location or where the machinery is necessary and available.
