BLM-CO - Uncompahgre Field Office RMPA

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requires services to assist in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance in preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and potential Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA) for the Uncompahgre Field Office (UFO) located in Montrose, Colorado. The EIS would consider amending the 2020 UFO Approved Resource Management Plan (ARMP) to reduce potential oil and gas development and increase resource protections within the UFO. This will be a sizeable, complex and long-term project. The selection criteria will be Best Value With Trade-Offs with emphasis on technical capability and past performance. Awarded contract will be firm-fixed price. Invoicing, for the awarded task order, will be through IPP.gov
