This solicitation is for NAICS 238330. Vendors do not need to have this NAICS listed in their SAM profile when responding to this solicitation. However, if not listed in SAM, vendors must include a statement certifying whether they are a small business under size standard $19 million for NAICS 238330 at the time of submission.

Background
The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley AFB, VA is issuing this solicitation for carpet installation services in Building 328. The mission of the agency is to ensure that all work is completed efficiently while minimizing disruption to occupants.

The goal of this contract is to replace existing carpet and cove base in designated areas with new materials, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 21,863 square feet (SF) of new carpet and 823 SF of anti-static carpet in the main cubical area and side offices of Building 328. Specific tasks include:
1. Demolition of existing cove base throughout identified rooms.
2. Removal of existing carpet in the identified areas.
3. Installation of new carpet tiles in all demoed areas.
4. Installation of new 4-inch dark grey vinyl cove base (VCB).

The installation will occur during normal workdays from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with an emphasis on minimizing disruption to occupants.

Period of Performance
All work shall be completed within 90 working days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
