Bldg 229N Scif Door Replacement

Background
The 402nd Software Engineering Group (SWEG) is seeking to procure a vault door that will be transformed into a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The goal of this contract is to provide a STC 50 rated door, frame casing, and installation to enhance security measures.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items and services:

1. STC50/3070 HM 4" Head with Slip In Frame, preparation for L1021B-26D-41, 1006CS, and KABACDX10;
2. 3 Cam Lift Hinges;
3. 1 LCN 4040 Closer;
4. 1 154A Threshold;
5. Magnetic Seals;
6. Super H Door Bottom;
7. Internal Raceway;
8. Electric Power Transfer;
9. 1 L10201 Keypad Lock (core provided by owner);
10. 1 1006CS Electric Strike.

The installation of these components is also included as part of the contract. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place at Robins Air Force Base, GA, specifically in Building 229N.
