Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and
other items and non-personal services necessary to perform emergency repairs, non-emergency repairs, calibrations,
and Preventive Maintenance (PM) services for all depot blast and paint equipment as defined in this PWS, except as
specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Background

The mission of the agency includes ensuring operational readiness and safety of equipment used in various operations. The goal of the contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance services, including emergency and non-emergency repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenance for all relevant equipment as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. Emergency Repairs: Provide labor, tools, services, and equipment for emergency repairs on all blast and paint equipment listed in Appendix A.
2. Non-Emergency Repairs: Provide labor, tools, services, and equipment for non-emergency unscheduled service on all blast and paint equipment.
3. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on assets listed in Appendix A according to the LEAD checklist (see Appendices C through R).
4. Annual Inspections: Conduct annual maintenance inspections on specified buildings (e.g., BLDG 37, BLDG 57) as per the performance requirements outlined in the PWS.
5. Calibration Services: Ensure calibration of all relevant equipment as required.
6. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with contract standards.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including Building 37, Building 57, Building 320, Building 350, Building 370, and MTA Paint/Blast Maintenance facilities.
