The Period of Performance covered by this BPA is effective from 1 June 2024 through 31 May 2029. The United States Government is obligated only to the extent of the authorized calls actually placed against this BPA. The prices to shall be as low as, or lower than those charged to the supplier's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar , in addition to any discounts for prompt payment.
