Background
The Ireland Army Health Clinic located at Fort Knox, KY requires Clinical reference Cardiology Stress Testing Services for Level B screening for Fort Knox Civilian Police and Security Guards. The contractor shall provide all necessary diagnostic testing, medical evaluation and analysis of test results.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for ensuring the Cardiology Testing Services possess all legally-required license(s), certification(s), and accreditation(s) as well as ensuring its employees have the ability to perform the applicable duties consistent with their license and certification. The contractor must ensure scheduled appointment times are within 7 calendar days of request.

The US Army Level B Cardiac exams testing options consist of Graded Exercise Test, Myocardial perfusion scintigraphy, or exercise and pharmacologist stress echocardiography. The contractor should ensure that any follow-on test is completed and results are returned within one week. The estimated yearly quantity of tests is 20-30 with no guaranteed minimums or maximums associated with this request.
