Blackhawk Wing Cart

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2023-04.

Work Details
The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard has a requirement for a Blackhawk Wing Cart and Modular Lift Cart. The Blackhawk Wing Cart is described as a mobile cart capable of safely supporting, lifting, transporting, and storing Blackhawk external wings (ESSS) for maintenance and installation purposes. It must have specific dimensions, steel square tube construction, hoist mount, caster wheels, tie-downs, tow bar connection, and the ability to hold both wings with tanks installed.

The Modular Lift Cart is described as a mobile cart capable of safely supporting, lifting, transporting, and storing Blackhawk external fuel tanks/pods. It must have specific dimensions, hydraulic lifting arm, stowable tow bar, stable cart body, wheel locks, security straps, and storage case for accessories.
