Biological Science Laboratory Technician II Services at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC)   2

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft. Shafter, HI. 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract for Biological Science Laboratory Technician II Services at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Department of Clinical Investigations, Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), Washington.

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is W81K0223Q0162. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is Q301, size standard is $41.5M, and the NAICS code is 621511. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract.
