Description(s):
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is 100% Small Busines Set Aside under NAICS 541611 with a size standard of $15 Million.
Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM Local San Antonio, Texas time on 06 October 2017. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and are due by 2:00 PM (CST) local San Antonio, Texas time on 22 September 2017. Proposals and questions must be emailed to the 773ess.pk.proposal@us.af.mil, arthur.mitchell@us.af.mil, and brandy.allen.2@us.af.mil. The email subject line shall state the following:
