Background
The BBEC Iron Gate Replacement project is being issued by Keesler Air Force Base (AFB) as part of their ongoing mission to maintain and improve facility conditions.

The goal of this contract is to replace the loading dock gate and ramp at the Back Bay Event Center (BBEC), ensuring a professional appearance and satisfactory operational conditions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, administration, labor, and services necessary to purchase, remove, dispose of, and install the loading dock gate and ramp replacement.

The work must be performed in accordance with the provided drawings, specifications, and documents. The contractor is expected to examine the site prior to submitting proposals and must notify the Contracting Officer (CO) of any discrepancies found in the drawings.

All work should adhere strictly to the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings provided. Utilities for the work will be supplied by Keesler AFB unless otherwise noted.

It is not anticipated that hazardous materials will be encountered; however, if such materials are found, work must cease immediately until the CO is contacted.

Place of Performance
The construction tasks will be performed at Keesler AFB, specifically at Building 6732.
