Background
The United States Army on behalf of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM CCS) has a requirement to design, develop, manufacture, inspect, test, package, and deliver the White Star, LA44 (USMC); Simulator, Projectile Airburst, Explosive: XM181 / LA45; Airburst, LA45; Simulator, Hostile Fire, LA46 (USMC); Simulator, Launching, Antitank Guided Missile and Rocket, XM182 / LA47; Stinger, LA47; Simulator, Target Hit, White Star, M35 / LA53; Hostile Fire, M34 / LA54; Target Kill, Black Smoke, XM175 / LA71; Simulator, Smoke Effects, Chemical Agent, XM189 / LA96.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform various tasks including First Article Testing (FAT), Design Verification Test (DVT), Final Hazard Classification (FHC), and production for each item. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type with Firm Fixed Price Delivery Orders. The minimum guarantee for this procurement is $4,500,000 with a contract ceiling of $49,848,683. The contract spans five years with specific ordering periods for each year. The delivery schedule and location will be determined with each delivery order.
