Base Operations Support (BOS) Services Contract for Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, its outlying areas, including ISA Bahrain and Jebel Ali, UAE.

Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic is seeking to identify companies with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for a Base Operations Support (BOS) Services Contract that consolidates requirements for Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, its outlying areas, including the affiliated BOS requirements for ISA Bahrain and Jebel Ali, UAE. The work may include providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide services for various areas such as Public Safety (Force Protection), Supply Services, Galley, Unaccompanied Housing, Facilities Support, Utilities, and Transportation. The contract is anticipated to be accomplished under a single award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based type contract with a base performance period up to twelve (12) months and a potential of six (6) one-year option periods.

Work Details
The work may include providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide services for: Public Safety (Force Protection), Supply (Supply Services), Galley, Unaccompanied Housing, Facilities Support (including Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial Services, Pest Control Services, Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping), Utilities (including Utility Management, Electrical, Wastewater, Water Overseas, Chiller), and Transportation. Other services may also include Public Safety (Fire & Emergency Services, Emergency Management, Safety), Pavement Clearance and Environmental.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to have a base performance period up to twelve (12) months with a potential of six (6) one-year option periods. The total period of performance will not exceed one hundred and two (102) months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NSA Bahrain; ISA Bahrain; Jebel Ali, UAE; and outlying areas.
