Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy and Outlying Areas   4

Background
The U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy and Outlying Areas is seeking Base Operations Support (BOS) Services through a pre-solicitation notice. The proposed contract will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance-based contract that includes both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. The services required include General Information, Management and Administration, Facilities Support, Transportation, and Environmental services.

Work Details
The work includes providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide services for General Information, Management and Administration, Facilities Support (Facility Management, Facility Investment, Custodial, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), and Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping), Transportation, and Environmental. The solicitation will utilize source selection procedures Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 and will require offerors to submit corporate experience, technical approach / management approach, safety, and past performance along with a price proposal for evaluation by the tradeoff source selection process.

Period of Performance
The contract term will be a base period of up to 12 months with six one-year option periods and three six-month options periods, not to exceed a total of 102 months.

Place of Performance
The BOS services are to be performed at U.S. Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, Italy and Outlying Areas.
