Background
The solicitation notice N62470-22-R-0006 is for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services at the Russell Knox Building, a secure facility aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA. The contract is issued by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Atlantic. The acquisition will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP), performance-based type contract for BOS Services at the Russell Knox Building, Virginia that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work items. The procurement is a 100% set aside for eligible 8(a) firms.

Work Details
The tasks include facility management, facility investment, custodial services, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, pavement clearance, utilities management, electrical services, wastewater management, steam and water services, transportation services, and environmental services. The contract contains provisions for one base period of twelve months and includes up to six one-year option periods and three six-month option periods.
