Base Operations Services (BASOPS)   3

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Benning, Georgia has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning to provideBase Operations Support Services (BASOPS) that include sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) services to a full spectrum of facility types to include cemeteries, training ranges, dining Facilities,barracks,warehouses, admin buildings,bridges,hospitals/clinics,jump towers, worship centers,gyms, and air field at Fort Benning, Georgia, Camp Merrill, Dahlonega, Georgia and Camp Rudder, Crestview, Florida. The MICC - Fort Benning anticipates extending the existing contract, W911SE-10-C-0011, with TIYA Support Services, LLC, 10604 Coursen Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA, 70816 for an additional three (3) months pending award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
The existing contract expires 25 February 2017. The period of performance for the proposed extension is February 26, 2017 through May 25, 2017. This extension will provide continuity of service until a new follow-on contract is awarded. Contract extension will be executed as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this extension. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy this requirement for Base Operations Services (BASOPS) may clearly identify their capability to do so in writing no later than 2:00 P.M. EDT Friday, December 23, 2016.
