This is a synopsis from the Northwest Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) for the docking of the Bangor dry-dock 1 spare caisson, aka "Caisson 2" for maintenance, repair and preservation work at the contractor's facility. The contractor's facility must be capable of dry-docking this caisson and located in the Puget Sound, WA region - defined as the west coast of the continuental U.S., starting from Olympia, WA and extending northward to Bellingham, WA.
