Bancroft Hall Recapitalization Program Industry Day

Background
The United States Naval Academy's Public Works Department in Annapolis is hosting an Industry Day to discuss upcoming construction opportunities, specifically focusing on the Bancroft Hall Recapitalization Program (BHRP).

The goal of this event is to address construction challenges faced at the USNA, outline planned acquisition strategies, and gather input from industry stakeholders to ensure the program's success.

Work Details
The Industry Day consists of two main events: a virtual forum on November 6, 2024, and an in-person panel discussion on January 9, 2025.

Event #1 - Virtual Forum (November 6, 2024):
- Opening Remarks – Welcome
- Virtual Tour of the Naval Academy
- Presentation of the Bancroft Hall Recapitalization Program
- Discussion on historical significance and anticipated challenges
- Overview of current and planned construction projects
- Planned Acquisition Strategies presentation
- Request for feedback on potential strategies to ensure a successful program.

Event #2 - Panel Discussion (January 9, 2025):
- Each contractor will have a dedicated hour for presentation.
- Q&A session following presentations.
- Panel discussion and breaks included throughout the day.

Place of Performance
The virtual forum will be conducted online via MS Teams, while the panel discussion will take place at Halligan Hall, located at 181 Wainwright Road, Annapolis, MD 21402.
