Work Details
The scope of the project includes designing and installing modifications to the existing central power plant, encompassing mechanical, electrical, controls, and other factors affecting its performance. The awarded contractor will be responsible for developing engineering solutions based on recommendations from an independently conducted forensic investigation and the Department of State's study.
