Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a solicitation for a commercial, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of bearing items to support the B-2/F-16 aircrafts. The solicitation is unrestricted using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No
Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance will be a five (5) year Base period without options. This acquisition will include consumable items managed by DLA. The items are
categorized under Federal Supply Class (FSC) 3110 (Industrial valves, bearings, antifriction (unmounted) and ordered by National Stock Number (NSN). There are a total of 9 NSNs targeted for this contract effort.
Shipments are to DLA depots within the Continental United States (CONUS). Consumable items are FOB destination with inspection/acceptance at destination. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities for the population are included as an attachment. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. Small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks or newly manufactured materials are invited to respond to this synopsis.

Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as
described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the
