Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, specifically the Lower Colorado Region, is issuing this contract for the monitoring of the razorback sucker fish in Lake Mohave, which spans the states of Arizona and Nevada. The goal of this contract is to assess the population and health of the razorback sucker as part of ongoing conservation efforts.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform monitoring tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work. This includes:
- Conducting assessments of the razorback sucker population in Lake Mohave, AZ-NV.
- Implementing techniques for locating, tracking, capturing, holding, marking, transporting, sampling, aging, recording, or documenting various life stages of the razorback sucker.
- Providing a detailed study plan and documentation processes.
- Submitting a written proposed safety program as prescribed in the Reclamation Safety and Health Standards (RSHS).
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting all cases of death or injury related to the work performed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods:
- Base Year: February 8, 2025 to February 7, 2026
- Option Year 1: February 8, 2026 to February 7, 2027
- Option Year 2: February 8, 2027 to February 7, 2028
- Option Year 3: February 8, 2028 to February 7, 2029
- Option Year 4: February 8, 2029 to February 7, 2030
