The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:

To provide the Government's response to industry questions.

The Government's response to industry question is provided on page 5 of Amendment 86615622Q00006 0001, herein.

The response due date for this RFQ is changed from Monday, 03/21/2022 at 13:00 PM ET to Friday, 04/01/2022 at 1300 PM ET to allow offerors time to review responses to industry questions and submit quotes.

Revised Attachment 0003, Attachment 0004, and Attachment 0005 must be completed and submitted IAW with the Solicitation Instructions.

The Unit of Issue for LINs 0001 - 0003, 0009 - 0011, 0017 - 0019, 0025 - 0027, and 0033 - 0035 have been changed from MONTHLY to EACH.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items , in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Subpart Part 19.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

1. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 86615622Q00006.
2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 March 10, 2021.
3. Set-Aside Applicable to this Procurement and the Associated NAICS Code: This requirement is set-aside on an 8(a) competitive basis. The NAICS code is 541613 Marketing Consulting Services with a size standard of $16.5 million. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

5. Description of Requirements for the services being Acquired: See Attachment 0001 Performance Work Statement.
6. Date(s) and Place(s) of Performance: 1-year base period (August 29, 2022 to August 28, 2023) with four 1-year options. The Awareness, Communication, Education, and Visibility services shall be performed at the Contractor's site.
