The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor and supervision for the installation and integration of Liebert iCOM control upgrade on three (3) Liebert computer room units (CRU) to include the replacement of incompatible hot and cold water valves and the integration of new controllers to the existing building automation system (BAS).

Additionally, the contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor and supervision for the installation and integration of Liebert electrically commutated (EC) fan upgrades on nine (9) CRUs.

Site Visit: One site visit will be held on August 23, 2021 at 10am. It is optional, but Offerors are highly encouraged to intend. Due to COVID, group size is limited and no Offeror may bring no more than one other person (two people total). Should the group size exceed the limit of eight people total, another site visit will be held after the first one for the overflow.

Offerors choosing to attend must provide the name(s) of those who will be attending to: darren.odegard@faa.gov, by August 20, 2021 at 1400 PST. Specific instructions for the site visit as well as the local POC will be provided to those who submit an email. If a second group is required, it will happen after the first session, andplacement will be based on when the email was received. You will be notified of which group you are in.
