Aviation Fuel (AVGAS), Engine Oil, and Smoke Oil

Background
The contract is issued by Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) for the purpose of providing aviation fuel (AVGAS), engine oil, and smoke oil during the JB MDL Power in the Pines 2025 Open House. The goal is to ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available to support the aviation performances scheduled for this event, which includes coordination with various performers and adherence to specific fuel and oil specifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide or make available AVGAS, smoke oil, and engine oil along with all necessary equipment and coordination. The specific requirements include:
- AVGAS 100LL: 2520 Gallons
- Engine Oil: Total of 118 Gallons (various types specified)
- Smoke Oil: Total of 1355 Gallons

Detailed Quantity Requirements by Performer:
- RAG Wings B-25: 420 Gallons AVGAS, 10 Gallons XC 25W 60 Engine Oil
- AAM C-47: 500 Gallons AVGAS, 14 Gallons 25W 60 Phillips Engine Oil
- C-54 Candy Bomber: 500 Gallons AVGAS, 30 Gallons W120 Engine Oil
- Jersey Jerks T-6 Formation Flight: 250 Gallons AVGAS, 6 Gallons Phillips 25w60 Engine Oil, 20 Gallons Smoke Oil
- B-29 DOC: 800 Gallons AVGAS, 55 Gallons AD 120 Engine Oil
- Extreme Flight: 50 Gallons AVGAS, 3 Gallons AeroShell 100+ Engine Oil, 15 Gallons Smoke Oil
- Thunderbirds: No AVGAS or Engine Oil required but a total of 1320 Gal (24 unopened Barrels) of smoke oil is needed.

The contractor must also provide fuel trucks capable of dispensing at least 3500 gallons of AVGAS each day from May 16 to May 18, along with wheel chocks, tie downs, and grounding cables for servicing. Smoke oil must be from specified manufacturers and freshly manufactured within three years of the event.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 16 to May 18, 2025, coinciding with the JB MDL Open House event.
