The Government has a need to bring the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Information Technology (IT) components currently in use at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) into compliance with current Army Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). This includes the Warehouse Management and Control System (WMS &WCS) software, servers, Programmable Logic
Controllers (PLC), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) components.

Background
The Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) has a requirement to update its Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Information Technology components to comply with current Army Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).

This contract is being awarded on a sole-source basis to Dematic, located at 507 Plymouth Avenue NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. The goal of this procurement is to ensure that the Warehouse Management and Control System (WMS & WCS) software, servers, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) components meet the necessary security standards.

Work Details
The contract includes the following deliverables:
1. ASRS IT Lifecycle Replacement
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Includes Software, SRM Controls, and PLC upgrades
- Delivery Date: 20-JUN-2025
- FOB: Destination
2. Cyber Security Support
- Quantity: 1 Each
- Delivery Date: N/A
- FOB: Destination

Inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the Government for both items.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is set to begin with the delivery date of June 20, 2025.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201-4199.
