This is a request for quote for the web-based training, development and delivery of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022, 2024, and 2026 Training Videos, and Online CAD Performance Support Tools. Refer to Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement, for a detailed description of the required services and deliverables. The following listed attachments are incorporated and made a part of this Solicitation.

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC-BC) on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for the development and delivery of AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2022, 2024, and 2026 Training Videos and Online CAD Performance Support Tools. The NRCS seeks to provide training and support tools to approximately 1750 NRCS CAD users nationwide to assist them with transitioning to new Civil 3D® upgrades every other year.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to develop and deliver AutoCAD® Civil 3D® versions 2022, 2024, and 2026 training videos and Online CAD Performance Support Tools. The Contractor must provide a web-based seminar/virtual classroom, online support tools, quizzes for lessons, closed captioning feature, technical support tool, submittal database, an online discussion forum for NRCS CAD users, and administrator performance support tools. The Contractor must also conduct monthly teleconferences with NRCS Project Manager and provide a list of specific information/data required for customization. The deliverables include a project plan, customized course objectives, lesson plans and training materials, completion of online versions of Civil 3D® Training for versions 2022, 2024, and 2026, and completion of all Online CAD Performance Support Tools listed in PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes the base period and four option years. Delivery dates are TBD.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to IT Operations and Management Section, Beacon Facility, 6501 Beacon Drive, Kansas City, MO. 64133.
