Audit Support Services - USPS OIG

Background
The U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG) intends to award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) to qualified organizations or firms to provide support and subject matter expertise in areas such as Postal Economics, Financial Reporting, Transportation, Engineering, Supply Management, Delivery, Sales and Service, Information Technology, and Network Optimization. The OIG is an independent entity within the United States Postal Service with a mission to conduct and supervise objective and independent audits, reviews, and investigations relating to Postal Service programs and operations to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Work Details
The Supplier must provide specific subject matter support for work which may include, but is not limited to, areas such as Field Operations, Finance, Pricing and Human Capital, Inspection Service, Technology, and Services. The supplier must perform any or all aspects of an audit, review or evaluation in various areas or stages of conducting an audit. The OIG will assist in coordination of the work efforts and will aid the supplier in gathering internal Postal Service data and information.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract(s) will have a period of performance of five years.

Place of Performance
The work will be primarily performed at OIG headquarters in Arlington, VA on an as needed basis.
