Background
The requirement is to install and upgrade four Audio Visual (AV) Suites on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). These suites will serve multiple purposes including Executive Conference Rooms (ECR), Emergency Operations Centers (EOC), Situational Awareness Rooms (SAR), and Truscott Hall ECR and Cubicle Farm Overflow (CFO).

The goal of the contract is to enhance the existing AV capabilities to support classified Video Teleconference and classified MS Teams, while also supporting unclassified MS Teams.

Work Details
The contract includes installation, upgrade, and maintenance of four Garrison Audio Visual suites located at Fort Stewart Bldgs. 709, 1237 (two suites) and HAAF Bldg. 7920.

The existing systems utilize Multi-Domain Video Network Switches (MDVNS) with proprietary software that manages automated routing of multiple sources to destination displays and switching between classification levels while ensuring STIG compliance. The upgrades will ensure compatibility across all suites for seamless operation by a small number of trained operators. All hardware necessary for the upgrades will be provided by the contractor to maintain compatibility with the proprietary software, which must be maintained by its original creators.
