AthenaHealth Renewal

Background
NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) has a requirement to purchase renewal of AthenaHealth and Medical Office Technologies software. This contract aims to ensure the continued operation and support of essential medical software systems utilized by NASA.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks and services:
1. Purchase of AthenaHealth software components including:
- athenaFlow Oracle EMR Software (Concurrent) - Quantity: 44
- athenaFlow EMR Annual Maintenance (Concurrent User) - Quantity: 44
- athenaFlow EMR CCCQE Form Set (Concurrent) - Quantity: 44
- athena CCCQE Form Set Annual Maintenance (Concurrent) - Quantity: 44
- athenaPractice Interface Engine - Quantity: 1
- athenaPractice Interface Engine Annual Maintenance - Quantity: 1
2. Subscription to athena Medication Management Advanced services, which includes:
- ePrescribing, Electronic Prescribing for Controlled Substances (EPCS), Medication History (MedHx), Electronic Prior Authorization, Patient Advisor, SmartSuite Service, and Prescription Drug Monitoring Services (PDMP) Basic License for one state. Additional state PDMP programs will be quoted separately.
- Quantity: 43 annually.
3. Monthly phone support for ePrescribing of Controlled Substances - Quantity: 43.
4. Subscription to athena Medication Management Enhanced services including:
- ePrescribing, Medication History (MedHx), Electronic Prior Authorization, Patient Advisor, SmartSuite.
- Quantity: 5 annually.
5. EZ Access Patient Portal and Secure Messaging Access per provider or other provider/monthly service - Quantity: 44.
6. EZ Monthly Email (SMTP Relay) Service fee for Production and Test environments, requiring one address each for portal access.
7. EZ Access Annual Maintenance / HTTPS security certificate for Production and Test environments.
8. Monthly Help Desk Support service.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at NASA Johnson Space Center.
