Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operates Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This solicitation is for Assorted Steam Traps as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order. The procurement is being solicited for full and open competition, and it is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure their Representations and Certifications are accurate and up to date.

Work Details
The Offeror shall furnish all materials in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order. The parts or model numbers are specified exactly, with no substitutions allowed for the 23 line items required. The RFQ number is IO450315, and the anticipated freight terms are FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. The items must meet all technical requirements as stated in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is 8/31/24.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Brookhaven National Laboratory, Receiving: Bldg. 98 Rochester Street, Upton, New York 11973-5000.
