Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial brand name or equal requirement prepared in accordance with part 12 and part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a brand name, small business set-aside. Offerors must be authorized resellers of the OEM (Jiffy Air Tool, Inc). This solicitation will be solicited under a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all the Brand Name or Equal tools, parts, materials, equipment for assorted Jiffy Tooling to the Commodies Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.
