Background
The 55th Civil Engineer Squadron (55 CES) at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB) is responsible for maintaining over 10,000 square feet of asphalt. Currently, all asphalt sealing must be contracted out, making the acquisition of a trailer-mounted, twin axle sealcoat spray system essential for maintaining paved surfaces on the base.

Work Details
The contract requires the purchase of one (1) trailer-mounted, twin axle sealcoat spray system specifically designed to apply asphalt pavement sealer. The equipment must be delivered to the following location: 55 CES CEC, AF BPN NO MILSBILLS PROCESSES, 106 Peacekeeper Dr Ste 2N3, Offutt AFB, NE 68113-4019, United States. The delivery instructions specify that the contractor will deliver the equipment to the destination indicated.
