Aspera Software

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to award on a brand name basis for the purchase of IBM Aspera software.

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 513210.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the current version of the draft Purchase Description

Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Maria Barela, via email at maria.p.barela3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 2:00PM PDT on 07 July 2023. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426723Q0228 in the subject line.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
