Army Corps of Engineers - Information Technology (ACE-IT) Enterprise-wide Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) services   2

The Army Corps of Engineers Information Technology (ACE-IT) program intends to make a sole source modification to increase the contract value of Contract No. GS00Q09BGD0039 Order No. W912DY18F0153 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(b)(3) as implemented by FAR Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This contract was awarded to Leidos Innovations Corporation, who has demonstrated the capability to provide enterprise-wide Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) services in support of more than 34,000 US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) customers located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). As such, the modification will be awarded to Leidos Innovations Corporation to continue to provide required services. These services support the mission needs of USACE headquarters located in Washington, DC; 9 Divisions; 45 Districts to include over 1,500 field and area project offices; 8 other organizations; and 2 capability centers located in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

In order for the Government to meet the Information Technology service requirements in a timely manner, this action is necessary. This will result in the Government being able to meet its immediate needs without delays or compromising its mission. A redacted Justification & Approval for the Exception to Fair Opportunity Justification, will be made publicly available within 14 days after contract modification, via the Federal Business Opportunities website.
This is not a formal solicitation or request for quote. This synopsis of intent is to give notice of the Government's intent to make a sole source modification to increase the current contract capacity of Contract No. GS00Q09BGD0039 Order No. W912DY18F0153.

Any capability statements received prior to the response date and time will be reviewed by the Government and considered. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Should your firm desire to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate the Offeror's experience and expertise to provide the services identified above within the time frame required and without substantial duplication of cost to the Government.

Responses to this synopsis should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number, any applicable processed credentials and qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information. All responses should include a point of contact, telephone number, and electronic mail address. Additionally, respondents should indicate whether they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a) concern, women-owned small business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran-owned small business, or qualify as socially or economically disadvantaged and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
