Army CONUS Enterprise (ACE) Land Mobile Radio Solution   2

The proposed RFP will result in the award of two five-year, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as defined in FAR 16.504(a) with one award to Harris and one award to Motorola. The estimated closing date for the RFP is 16 December 2016.

The ACE LMR IDIQs will support the acquisition of LMR system requirements for CONUS posts/camps/stations by providing a vehicle from which the Government can acquire state-of-the-art, commercial LMR systems and solutions. ACE LMR will support the capability to upgrade and modernize existing LMR system infrastructure, as well as, replace systems with the latest technology advancements. ACE LMR will allow for the acquisition of turn-key systems to include EFI&T, of state-of-the-art, commercial LMR systems and equipment, technical support services, system design and analysis and operations & maintenance of equipment at designated locations CONUS-wide.
