THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government intends to award a non-personal services contract to provide program management to the Army as it relates to installation management operations. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Background
The U.S. Government, through the Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam-Houston (MICC-FSH), intends to award a non-personal services contract for the fabrication and installation of Army Chaplain Corps Display Panels for the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH).

The goal is to replace existing hallway displays at its facilities, with designs provided by OCCH graphics designers. This contract aims to enhance the visual representation of the Army Chaplain Corps within the Pentagon.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the fabrication and installation of Army Chaplain Corps display panels. Specific requirements include:
- Removal of current Army Chaplain Corps display in the Pentagon and necessary wall repairs.
- Fabrication and installation of four textured wall coverings and one textured column covering.
- Creation of three-dimensional display details that meet quality standards equivalent to existing displays in the Pentagon.
- All materials must be durable, fire retardant, repositionable, and capable of covering wall imperfections while reducing glare and providing good image detail.

The wall and column coverings will be fabricated as direct print mural graphic wallpaper extending from floor to ceiling without covering safety strips.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is outside OCCH’s Pentagon office at room 2A514A.
