Background
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for Armored Car Services to provide cash transportation to Mission Mexico’s 9 consulates and 9 consular agencies. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with a one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Work Details
The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract is to acquire armored services for all U.S. Consulates and U.S. Consular Agencies in Mexico country, as described in this work statement. The contract will be for a one-year base period from the date of the contract award, with a one-year option to renew (period between February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2026) and individual Task Orders shall be issued for specified services at the contract rates.

The Contractor shall provide the service for the base period of the contract and any option years exercised by the U.S. Government at the rates shown in paragraph 3. Per Service Pricing under Section 1.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a one-year base period from the date of the contract award, with a one-year option to renew (period between February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2026).

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the armored services will be provided include Ciudad Juarez, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, Matamoros, Merida, Monterrey, Nogales, Nuevo Laredo, Tijuana, Acapulco, Cancun, Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Oaxaca, Piedras Negras, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta and San Miguel de Allende.
