Background
The 82d Contracting Squadron, PKBA Flight, Sheppard AFB, TX is publicizing its notification of issuance of Request for Standard Form 330 under FA3020-24-R0004 to solicit proposals for the Multiple Award Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Contract (FY24AE) Program for Sheppard AFB, TX and its associated surrounding areas. The Air Force intends to award a minimum of two (2) contracts to SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The FY24AE is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a wide variety of professional and non-professional A-E support services affecting real property. Performance of A-E support services will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders. The procurement estimated value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is $9.9M over a five-year ordering period.

Work Details
The work consists of professional Architectural-Engineering (AE) Title I Design Services, Title II Services and Other AE Services to include incidental related work, in support of Government administered construction contracts; facility and installation investigations and research; and planning studies; at Sheppard AFB, TX (Wichita County); the Sheppard AFB Recreation Annex at Lake Texoma, Whitesboro, TX (Grayson County); and Frederick Auxiliary Airfield, Frederick, OK (Tillman County). The work will be issued as firm-fixed price task orders under the A-E multiple award IDIQ contracts. Project task orders may range between $2,000 and $2M.

Period of Performance
The contract has a 5-year ordering period.
