Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking to award a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract for AR Platform Rifles and Rifle Parts. The contract ceiling shall not exceed $21,000,000.00 for the entire 5-year contract period of performance.

Work Details
The acquisition will be conducted using the Parts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). The minimum guarantee of the contract is $10,000.00, and the maximum amount of supplies that may be ordered over the life of the anticipated contract will not exceed a total of $21,000,000.00.

The types of delivery orders awarded as a result of the anticipated contract shall be on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis.
