To support this program, RD requires qualified appraisers to provide appraisal services, in accordance with 7 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 3550, at https://www.rd.usda.gov/files/3550appendix01.pdf

OBJECTIVE: High quality appraisals to determine market value of SFH residential properties are key to ensuring the Agency obtains adequate security for its loans.
