The Office of Management Operations is also purchasing platform and product support for various products on the Appian platform. The purpose of this purchase is to provide maintenance tasks such as operations, compliance, and business investment; configuration and release management; technology refresh and research; product testing; patches and upgrades; help desk support; product monitoring and recovery; and product-specific tasks. The timeframe of the acquisition is ongoing, with tasks performed as needed. The place of performance is at the headquarters of the Comptroller of the Currency.
