Appian Platform Development and Product Support (SYNOPSIS ONLY)

Background
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), through its Office of Acquisition Management, is seeking to acquire services and software related to the Appian Platform. The goal is to establish a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Appian Platform Development and Product Support. This initiative aims to enhance the OCC's capabilities in planning, analyzing, architecting, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining products on the Appian platform.

The OCC's mission includes ensuring the safety and soundness of national banks and federal savings associations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
1. **Testing**: Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with OCC’s ITS processes; ensure all products meet user requirements through rigorous testing; maintain testing data throughout the project lifecycle; automate tests where possible; conduct independent tests to validate results.
2. **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**: Support UAT by creating test plans and scripts, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting acceptance criteria, and correcting defects identified during UAT.
3. **Training**: Develop training plans and materials tailored for various user groups including internal staff and external partners; utilize simulation data for training purposes.
4. **Organizational Change Management**: Create a change management plan that incorporates Agile principles; provide coaching and facilitate training sessions on Agile methodologies.
5. **Implementation Strategy**: Conduct needs assessments for business units; develop detailed implementation plans with clear KPIs; perform post-implementation reviews.
6. **Patches and Upgrades**: Ensure compliance with OCC’s patch management policies; apply security patches within specified timelines.
7. **System Maintenance**: Conduct semiannual analyses of product performance; generate monthly audit reports summarizing product metrics; support migration to Appian Cloud.
8. **Help Desk Support**: Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 support for product-related incidents and service requests according to established SLAs.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed at the OCC's facilities or remotely as required.
