Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide United States Fleet Forces Command (USSFC) in Norfolk, VA with contractor support for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) support services. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information. This effort is to provide augmented support to USFFC as EA for FP duties and support to Navy Component Commanders (NCC's) within the Antiterrorism Program and protection Mission, Functions, and Tasks outlined in OPNAVINST 5440.77(series). If not approved, inability exists to effectively execute FP duties and support NCC's within the Antiterrorism Missions, Functions, and Tasks detailed in OPNAVINST 5440.77(series) and 3300.53 (series).

Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is requesting information to identify possible sources to provide United States Fleet Forces Command (USSFC) in Norfolk, VA with contractor support for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) support services. The effort is to provide augmented support to USFFC as EA for FP duties and support to Navy Component Commanders within the Antiterrorism Program and protection Mission, Functions, and Tasks outlined in OPNAVINST 5440.77(series).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide performance-based non-personal services, facilities, equipment, and other resources necessary to accomplish operational and program support efforts assigned under this statement of work. This includes tasks such as providing support to NAVNORTH in the full development, planning, briefing, execution, and evaluation of an 'Antiterrorism' Command Post Exercise (CPX), coordinating with various entities for exercise development, conducting planning working groups, monthly In-Progress Reviews, and providing support IAW the task and under the direction of the Technical Representative.
Additionally, the contractor shall provide MWD Trainer Augment Support at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas and Analytical Assessment Support by collecting, integrating, and analyzing current assessment data.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm, Fixed-Price provisions.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for the MWD Trainer Augment Support is Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.
