Annual Subscription to Costar Database

Background
This procurement is for access to a database of verified real estate transactions with a nationwide scope of coverage, which is required to support the NAVFAC Appraisers' effectiveness. The CoStar database is the only existing database with the necessary scope to support the NAVFAC Appraisers' effectiveness and Real Estate execution at the level currently programmed. CoStar and its licensors have exclusive ownership of all proprietary rights to the service, including all US and International intellectual property and other rights such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Work Details
The contract involves an annual subscription to the CoStar database for all appraisers employed by NAVFAC. The appraisers require access to verified commercial real estate transaction information, including text, photographic and other images, and data contained therein. Each authorized user will be provided Premium Membership capabilities via username and password. The appraisers need to use the Premium Database for internal research purposes and providing information regarding particular properties and market trends tailored for appraisal and special study purposes.
