The Institute of Education Sciences (IES), specifically the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), requires maintenance and support services for Statistical Analysis System (SAS) licenses, originally acquired in 2009 under contract ED-OCO-10-O-0116. These licenses are essential for statistical data analysis and reporting of EDFacts data, driving the Analytics and Information Management System (AIMS).
