The information gathered from market research will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10 for the provision of Radiology Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomist, and Dental Assistant services. The services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, NY (hereinafter referred to as FCI Otisville). The physical address is Two Mile Drive, Otisville, New York 10963. The Government contemplates awarding a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (herein referred to as BPA) against an existing Federal Supply Schedule for all services. The BPA shall consist of five (5), twelve (12) month performance periods. These services are listed under General Services Administration (GSA) eLibrary Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Category 621 I, Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services.
