Background
Amendment to Fresh Fruits & Vegetable Support for DoD and Non DoD customers in the State of Pennsylvania. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) - Troop Support intends to enter into an indefinite quantity contract(s) with a commercial firm(s) to supply a full-line of United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Grade Number 1 or better quality fresh fruits and vegetables (FF&V) and Shell Eggs products to Department of Defense (DoD), or Troop, and USDA, or School, customers in the Pennsylvania Zone including the following states; Pennsylvania.

Work Details
The contract will require the contractor to source, purchase, store, and deliver a variety of FF&V items to DLA Troop Support customers on an ongoing basis, while at the same time maintaining acceptable fill rates, levels of customer service, and product quality. The contract period is divided into one 24-month base and two 18-month tier periods. Each Tier affords offerors an opportunity to provide different Distribution Prices per Tier. The contract will also require the contractor to maintain electronic catalogs that list all items available to the customers covered under this solicitation.

Place of Performance
The geographic distribution region/zone covered by this contract includes Western Pennsylvania for Non-DoD School customers located in Group 1, DoD Troop customers located in the state of Pennsylvania in Group 2a, and Non-DoD Schools customers located in Eastern Pennsylvania in Group 2b.
