Amendment 7, III Armored Corps Agricultural Sanitation Services   2

Background
The III Armored Corps is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services for Agricultural Disinfectant or Agricultural Washing of Unit Equipment. The goal of this contract is to ensure that unit equipment meets entry requirements for foreign customs inspections in support of III Corps and subordinate unit deployments.

The contractor will apply an agricultural sanitation chemical blend as specified in the Armed Forces Pest Management Board (AFPMB) Technical Guide No. 31, and adhere to the Defense Transportation Regulation regarding customs and border clearance policies.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Sanitization of unit equipment, including vehicles, trailers, and containers by applying an agricultural sanitation chemical blend as specified in AFPMB TG No. 31;
2. Ensure serviced equipment successfully passes on-site government veterinarian inspection;
3. Set up all required facilities/equipment in designated locations without delay;
4. Meet all safety and environmental regulations per installation guidance;
5. Provide services based on a government-provided timeline;
6. Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with performance standards, including inspection programs, deficiency identification and correction processes, documentation methods, and trend analysis.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at designated locations as specified by the government.
