Amendment 2 Provide Facility Operation Support Services (FOSS) for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) 9000 Commo Road STOP-4000, Cheltenham, Maryland 20588-4000.

Background
The purpose of this contract is to provide Facility Operation Support Services (FOSS) for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) 9000 Commo Road STOP-4000, Cheltenham, Maryland 20588-4000. FLETC is a Federal Agency of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that hosts approximately eighty (80) to one hundred (100) participating agencies/bureaus responsible for providing certain core instructional law enforcement programs as well as a variety of support services.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, training, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supplies except for furnished facilities and property required to perform safe and proper operation of all building systems. This includes maintaining and repairing buildings and facility systems and equipment at FLETC Cheltenham. The Contractor shall be responsible for achieving the results described in the specifications for General Management & Administration, Safety and Health, Environmental, Warehouse Management and Logistics, Grounds Maintenance, Tree Removal, Pest Control, Firearms Range Facility Maintenance and Cleaning, Firearms Range and SIM City support, Driver Training, Educational Aides and Infrastructure Maintenance and Repair.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a competitive 8(a) set-aside for a base period of 10 months with four option periods. The Period of Performance is from 12/01/2022 to 09/30/2027.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) 9000 Commo Road STOP-4000, Cheltenham, Maryland 20588-4000.
